电磁离合器制动钳修理

天津福仕德动力技术有限公司从事于当代新型电磁离合器电磁多片离合器与制动器、牙嵌式电磁离合器与制动器、单片式电磁离合器与制动器以及电磁失电离合器与制动器的研究与生产。1 制动钳体缸筒不得有锈蚀、损伤现象，否则必需更换。制动钳体缸简圆柱度误差应不大于0.02mm，缸筒与活塞的极限配合间隙应小于0.15 mm，不得用研磨的方法修理缸筒。1 brake caliper body cylinder must not have rust, damage phenomenon, otherwise required replacement. Sealing ring must maintain good function.3 活塞表面不得有划痕、裂纹、凹坑、侵蚀和麻点，否则应更换活塞，不得使用打磨、擦刮、抛光的方法修理有划痕的活塞。3 the piston surface must not have Nick, crack, indentation, erosion and hemp dot, or should be replaceable piston, shall not use the burnish, wipe scraping, polishing method of repair have Nick piston.4 浮钳盘式制动器导向装置的配合面应光洁完好。防护套不应有切伤和彼裂，否则应更换防护套。4 float caliper disc brake orientation device with surface should be smooth intact.
